Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Quesadillas – Warm, Sweet & Perfectly Cozy!

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 apples, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add diced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Cook until apples are tender.
  3. Spread cream cheese on one side of each tortilla.
  4. Top one tortilla with the apple mixture and shredded cheddar.
  5. Place the second tortilla on top, cream cheese side down.
  6. Cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  7. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • Try adding nuts for extra crunch!
  • Serve with maple syrup for drizzling.
