  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and brown on both sides.
  3. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
  4. Add onion and garlic to the pan, sauté until softened.
  5. Pour in apple cider vinegar, stirring to combine.
  6. Return chicken to the pan, add salt, pepper, thyme, and brown sugar.
