  • 1 cup brewed chai tea, cooled

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 8 ladyfinger cookies
  • 1 small apple, diced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture gently.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine apple cider and brewed chai tea.
  5. Dip ladyfingers quickly into the apple chai mixture and layer in cups.
  6. Add a layer of mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat the layers until cups are filled.
  8. Top with diced apples and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
