  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir in the crumbled sausage and shredded cheese.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds, filling them about 3/4 full.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  5. Place the molds in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, or until the egg bites are set.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before removing from the molds.
