20 Minute Mini Baked Chicken Tacos

Delicious and quick 20 minute mini baked chicken tacos perfect for a quick meal or snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup taco seasoning
  • 12 small tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, taco seasoning, and half of the cheese.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
